The room was clean. The staff was helpful.

The bar closed surprisingly early. I asked for water and ice to go with my pizza, and it was a whole production. I reluctantly paid for a small bottle from the minibar, but the entire experience felt unnecessarily difficult for a supposed four-star hotel. Complimentary water is just not a thing here, apparently.
